Responsibilities
- Perform data acquisition by utilizing vehicle sensor suite
- Build and maintain local May Mobility mapping assets
- Lead the onboarding and training process for new Site Autonomy Engineers (SAEs), ensuring they acquire the necessary technical and operational skills.
- Develop and maintain training materials and programs in collaboration with the Learning & Development team.
- Monitor and address operational challenges, escalating critical issues to senior management in a timely and organized manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and senior leadership, to improve processes and resolve complex issues.
- Support the development and implementation of fleet-wide initiatives.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
Requirements

- Ability to understand and relate to the agile startup and engineering mindset
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects across locations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train and lead teams. •
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site operational environment. •
- Experience conducting technical interviews and evaluating candidates.
- Experience in escalation processes and communicating with senior management.
