  • - Established network of senior engineers and technical professionals across LATAM, and the ability to quickly engage new talent through trusted relationships.
  • - Strong understanding of roles like Full Stack, Backend, Frontend, DevOps, and Data Engineering.
  • - Expertise with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, or HireEZ.

Experience

  • WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, including 3+ years in technical recruitment.

Benefits

  • This is a commission-based independent contractor role — USD 1,000 per successful hire.
