Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing global freelancer recruitment team, providing daily guidance and management to achieve network growth targets.
- Execute and oversee end-to-end recruitment request fulfillment, ensuring daily progress and tracking recruitment KPIs to ensure operational delivery efficiency.
- Manage pre-sales discovery and scoping calls to align required freelancer volume with future pipeline demands.
- Drive workflow and process optimization across the talent acquisition lifecycle, focusing specifically on optimizing external freelancer sourcing, onboarding, and activation rates.
- Manage the strategic oversight of recruitment-related support tickets, ensuring SLA adherence and positive freelancer experience.
- Formulate a collaborative cross-functional feedback loop with internal delivery teams to improve overall freelance testing opportunity design and communication.
Requirements
- experience in managing a high-volume global talent acquisition team, strategic TA Operations, or managing localized freelance/crowdsourced talent marketplaces. Demonstrated
- experience with contemporary Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern sourcing methodologies.
- Proven capability in data analytics, utilizing data tools to monitor marketplace dynamics, pipeline metrics, and team performance. Hands-on
- experience developing talent acquisition strategies, managing localized recruitment budgets, implementing new sourcing channels, and leading process optimization initiatives. •
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Exceptional ability to build relationships and align priorities with multi-regional delivery, product, engineering, and sales teams.
