Responsibilities
- Lead and Facilitate Team Meetings: Coordinate regular team meetings to discuss best practices, monitor progress, and address any operational challenges
- Oversee Project and Resource Management: Review ongoing projects, manage resource allocation, and ensure that resources are efficiently utilized to achieve project objectives.
- Promote Team Collaboration and Growth: Organize and lead team-building activities to enhance collaboration, foster a supportive work environment, and drive team growth.
- Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Engage with key stakeholders to review progress, address concerns, and minimize risks related to service delivery.
- Build and Develop Teams: Oversee the recruitment, development, and mentorship of team members, ensuring a clear growth path and alignment with organizational goals.
- Handle Escalations: Promptly address and resolve any escalations or issues that arise, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

- experience in Onboarding and support of SAAS Products and leading teams.
- Strong software background and ability to master product functionality.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead meetings, inspire team members, and ensure clear and efficient communication across teams
- Deep understanding of client needs, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, particularly in managing escalations and resolving conflicts. Proven
- experience in managing multiple projects and resources, with strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and optimize operations
- Ability to lead and work with remote teams across different timezones
- Familiarity with project management tools and platforms, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and implement them effectively in your role
- Ability to learn new skills and operate in a fast-paced and changing environment. •
- Experience in the wellness/spa industry is a plus.
