Responsibilities
- requirements - Lead incident response, post-mortems, and drive improvements to system reliability and uptime - Enforce security best practices including secrets management, IAM policies, vulnerability scanning, and compliance controls (PCI-DSS awareness a plus) - Manage containerised workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS or GKE) - Support developer tooling, internal environments, and platform engineering initiatives WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 4–6 years of hands-on DevOps or SRE
Requirements
- WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable, and automated deployments across environments - Manage and evolve our cloud infrastructure on AWS (and/or GCP), including networking, compute, storage, and security configurations - Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Pulumi, ensuring reproducible and version-controlled environments - Own observability: set up and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging using tools such as Datadog,
- experience in a cloud-native environment - Strong proficiency with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda); GCP experience is a plus - Solid
- experience with Kubernetes — managing clusters, deployments, autoscaling, and networking - Expertise in CI/CD tooling: GitHub Actions, CircleCI, ArgoCD, or equivalent - Infrastructure as Code
- experience with Terraform (Pulumi or CDK also acceptable) - Comfort working in a Linux/Unix environment with strong any scripting skills. -
- Experience with observability stacks: Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar. - Strong security mindset — you understand secrets management, IAM, and network hardening - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment with a high ownership bias NICE TO HAVE -
- Experience in fintech, payments, or regulated industries (PCI-DSS, SOC 2) - Familiarity with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd) - Exposure to multi-region or multi-cloud deployments -
- Experience with database operations (RDS, PostgreSQL, Redis) including backups and failover - Prior
