Experience: none Licensure/Certification: Physical Therapist license required to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Other Minimum

Coordinates patient care and clinical activities through written and/or verbal communication with patients, families, therapists, Clinical Team Leaders, managers and other members of the health care team.

During the course of treatment, takes into consideration the patients chronological and developmental ages under the direction of a licensed physical therapist who has evaluated the patient and developed a plan of care. Flex/PRN schedule.
Implements treatment programs and assists with treatment changes in goals.
Takes into consideration the patients age and level of development.
