Responsibilities
- Carry out general repairs and maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, and facilities
- Oversee and support external contractors when required
- Implement and maintain the propertyâs preventative maintenance program
- Keep accurate records of daily tasks, maintenance requests, and service schedules
Requirements
- As part of our team, youâll be the go-to person for repairs and maintenance, working across guest rooms, public areas, and behind the scenes to make sure everything operates at its best.
- experience in building or property maintenance (12 months preferred, not essential)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

- Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation):
- Monday - Friday: $26.70 per hour
- Saturday: $33.38 per hour
- Sunday: $40.05 per hour
