Performance Test Driver

Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely, high‑quality test outputs by completing tests as scheduled and issuing accurate test reports within one day of execution.
  • Ensure safety and process compliance by following all safety procedures, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting track monitoring and quality initiatives.
  • Maintain test environment and documentation through updates to performance databases and development of procedures, work instructions, OBTs, and JRAs.
  • Support cross‑functional and special projects such as PPI initiatives, remote testing coordination, expanding test capabilities, and preparation for events or operational activities.

Requirements

  • You will help shape the next generation of tires by combining hands-on testing, advanced simulation, and expert driving evaluation to deliver the safety, quality, and driving experience our customers expect.
  • What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • experience in mechanical or automotive engineering, with a focus on vehicle dynamics and control systems. Practical
  • experience in signal processing, advanced instrumentation, and senior-level installation or technical implementation. Performance or Professional driving
