- A sourcing master in your ability to identify where top talent lives
- Autonomous with a demonstrated ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions
- Skilled at operating with a sense of urgency in all stages of the recruiting cycle
- Product training to develop an in-depth understanding of our product and space

Experience
- Experienced in full-lifecycle recruiting, with 5+ years either in-house or in a staffing agency environment
