- Sales Developmentチームは、営業組織の最前線で新たなビジネス機会を創出し、Snowflakeの成長を加速させる重要な役割を担っています。AEと密に連携しながら担当アカウントへの戦略的なアウトリーチを行い、質の高い商談機会の創出、新規パイプラインの構築、そしてマーケティング起点のリードフォローアップを通じて、営業活動の起点をつくるポジションです。 Senior Sales Development Representativeには、単なる初期接点の創出にとどまらず、ターゲット企業や意思決定者の理解を深め、アカウント戦略に基づいたアプローチを自律的に実行し、AEや関係部門と連携しながら成果につなげていくことが期待されます。変化の速い市場環境の中で、Snowflakeの価値を的確に届け、顧客との新しい対話を生み出すことが求められます。 THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE - 担当アカウントに対して戦略的なアウトリーチを行い、新規商談機会の創出をリードする。 - 見込み顧客のビジネス課題や組織構造を理解し、適切なペルソナにアプローチして質の高いミーティングを設定する。 -
