  • You will prepare detailed reports demonstrating your understanding of manufacturing processes, support functions, and technical knowledge of equipment and systems within designated areas.
  • Additionally, you will complete targeted management and leadership courses designed for entry-level managers, ensuring a strong foundation for future leadership roles. ​At the successful conclusion of the first year of the MLDP program, the candidate would then be typically assigned to a one year assignment as a Shift Operations Manager.
  • Requirements: Must possess a Bachelor’s degree or three year certificate in engineering, business management or related discipline.
