Responsibilities

Create and manage purchase orders for 20–25 vendors after obtaining necessary approvals from respective business leads/departments (AP, AR, Intercompany, Legal, BOC).
Ensure timely receipting of all invoices related to the purchase orders and submit invoices to the Accounts Payable team for payment processing within defined timelines. 5.

Co-ordination with Business team and FA team and provide all the information required for capitalization of assets (ATM As a service) 2.

Processing CEBU tax payments, Malaysia SST and stamp duty payments, and Philippines tax payments. 4.
Support for Insurance policy payments and record maintenance 7.

Responsible for preparing and updating the Fixed Assets Register for India local GAAP / statutory books (including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and reconciliation with general ledger balances). 3.
Processing forex invoice (non-plant) payment on due date / as per contractual arrangement to the foreign vendors (Services).
Arranging necessary documents for payment as per bank requirement. 6.
Responsible for handling and responding to bank related queries by coordinating with internal teams and banks and support closure of open items.
