- ABOUT THE ROLE: We're looking to hire our first Talent Sourcer to build top of funnel headcount growth and talent strategy across our Go-To-Market organization.
- In this role you will partner with GTM leadership to fill critical Sales, Customer Success and Marketing roles across APAC markets.
- experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, whether in-house or agency, or relevant transferable skills from related fields -
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, with skills in Boolean and X-ray searches (or eagerness to learn these tools) - Persistence, consistency, and attention to detail- if we hire one person out of 200 candidates, you'd ensure the other 199 have a great experience.
