- Strong capability in diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems, including crushers and material handling equipment Proficiency with welding, cutting, and use of hand, pneumatic, and hydraulic tools Ability to interpret manuals, schematics, and technical drawings to complete work effectively Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate, train others, and build working relationships Flexibility to travel, work varied hours, and adapt to changing operational needs in field environments
