Responsibilities
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with Retailer Partners at an individual Retailer level.
- Monitor and drive Retailer sales performance and continuously identify opportunities for Retailers and Denza to make improvements to grow.
- Ensure that Denza are delivering an excellent level of Customer Experience. Identify areas of improvement and drive change within Denza UK or the network. •
- Ensure that relevant product, marketing, training and sales programmes information is shared effectively and understand by relevant members of the Retailer team. •
- Manage the wholesale ordering of new vehicles by Retailers to ensure that the volume and mix of stock is sufficient to achieve the required sales volume, but also ensuring that rapid stock turn is achieved. •
- Oversee Retailer Marketing activity and facilitate collaboration with the central marketing team to ensure activity is consistent and effective.
Requirements
- experience in a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar role, ideally within the automotive, mobility, or consumer retail sector. • Extensive
- experience within automotive industry. •
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. •
