Responsibilities
- Develop and track performance metrics across safety, customer service, operational excellence and commercial performance.
- Deliver meaningful analysis and insights that support better operational decisions.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across plants, logistics, fleet and dispatch.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for operational performance issues.
- Support digital transformation, reporting enhancements and AI-enabled process improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, operations or performance analysis. Strong process mapping, governance and continuous improvement capability. Advanced analytical skills with
- experience using Excel, Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience working within complex, multi-site operational environments.
- Experience within construction materials, manufacturing, transport, logistics or heavy industry will be highly regarded. Our
