- Ability to perform repetitive work while paying attention to detail Identify and segregate Non-Conforming Product Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers Ability to train other/new associates Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist Maintain departmental housekeeping and 5S standards Assemble and fabricate product using company-supplied hand and power tools
