Responsibilities
- Transform complex first-party and third-party data into persuasive, actionable narratives and strategic recommendations for advertisers and internal stakeholders.
- Design hypothesis-driven research frameworks that identify the right business questions before selecting methodologies.
- Conduct and synthesize mixed-methods research, including qualitative and quantitative approaches, to uncover cultural and consumer trends. Strategy & Growth
- Support both advertiser growth and consumer growth initiatives by identifying opportunities to strengthen Reddit’s market position across EMEA.
- Create sharp, provocative, insight-led narratives that challenge conventional thinking and inspire action.
- Represent Reddit at industry events, client presentations, keynote sessions, and thought leadership opportunities.
- Influence senior stakeholders through concise, commercially relevant storytelling and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- With 100,000+ active communities and approximately 126 million daily active unique visitors, Reddit is one of the internet’s largest sources of information.
- The Global Insights team serves as Reddit’s central hub of knowledge, responsible for translating first-party and third-party data into actionable insights about people, communities, and cultural conversations.
- Reddit is seeking an EMEA Insights Specialist to join our growing Global Insights team.
- This hybrid role will focus on both commercial and consumer insights, helping advertisers show up more strategically on Reddit while also supporting Reddit’s growth and positioning among consumers across the region.
- Reporting to the Global Insights Principal, this role will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Communications, and Growth teams to shape how Reddit is understood in-market by both advertisers and consumers.
- Develop a nuanced understanding of online communities, subcultures, and evolving social behaviors across fragmented EMEA markets.
- experience working in stakeholder-facing insights, strategy, analytics, or research teams within media owners, agencies, or platform organizations.
- Native or fully fluent German and English language proficiency required; French is a plus.
