Responsibilities
- Client Success Excellence - Client Success Excellence: Design, implement, and optimize the Client Success workflow and strategies to drive efficiency and data-driven decisions.
- Client Success Strategy & Revenue Accountability - Define the Global Strategy: Drive the long-term strategy for the Client Success organization, ensuring alignment with Pave Bank’s overall revenue and product goals.
Requirements
