Responsibilities

Monitor key performance indicators such as retreading percentage, fitment rate, cost per vehicle, regrooving activity, partner performance, and SLA adherence, ensuring accurate tracking and analysis.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems while identifying opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes.
Support network expansion initiatives by analyzing service demand, fleet growth trends, geographic coverage, and the onboarding performance of new service partners.
Measure and evaluate the impact of new service offerings, digital solutions, and operational improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis.
Monitor service quality standards and contractual compliance, identify performance gaps, recommend corrective actions, and support audit readiness through standardized reporting reviews.

What You'll Bring Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into business recommendations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Experience working with large datasets, KPI monitoring, dashboard development, and performance reporting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights to both operational teams and management.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
