- WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH - Own end-to-end product design across high-priority features, from rough sketches to polished shipped experiences - Deeply understand our users—especially clinicians—through embedded research, shadowing, and feedback loops - Drive clarity in ambiguity: partner with PMs, engineers, and clinical AI research teams to shape the roadmap and translate complex workflows into elegant, intuitive UX - Build scalable design systems that enable rapid prototyping without sacrificing quality or

- experience with front-end styling or contributing to a design system repo - A track record of mentoring other designers or helping shape design orgs from the ground up PAY TRANSPARENCY The base compensation for this role is approximately $220,000 - $260,000 per year, excluding equity or bonus.
