Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the finance team and the program team to support implementation of projects defined in the work plan.
- Support the program and finance teams to prepare documentation for financial transactions, ensuring compliance with PATH policies.
- Develop detailed budgets for activities; prepare financial reports for workshops, meetings, and field exercises.
- Initiate payment processes in BusinessWorld and follow up with the accounting team to ensure timely settlement of supplier invoices.
- Ensure that all financial transactions are correctly coded and charged to the appropriate project codes.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure effective management of administrative tasks.
- Arrange travel for team members and consultants; track travel schedules, including any changes, and follow up on related activities such as reimbursement requests.
- Support the development and implementation of project management systems to coordinate, track, analyze, and report progress across all project-related activities.
- Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor. Required skills and

Requirements

- experience in developing new tools and strategies for malaria elimination and has the potential to become a recognized leader in accelerating efforts toward global malaria elimination and eradication.
- experience: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, management, business administration, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience.
- Ability to work on a multi-site project team with minimal supervision, including a demonstrated track record of proactively solving problems and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to organize and deliver events for large groups and international guests.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
