Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient systems in hybrid environments (on-prem and cloud).
- Optimize storage and compute infrastructure for high performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application needs and integration projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal security policies.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in both Windows and Linux environments, extensive
experience with monitoring and disaster recovery solutions, and a strong foundation in virtualization, cloud services, storage, and preferably high-performance computing (HPC).
QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 7+ years of
experience in systems engineering or infrastructure roles. - Proficiency in both Windows Server and Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu) environments. - Proven
experience in data center design, build-out, and operations. - Strong knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam, Commvault, Rubrik). -
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS/AWS GovCloud, Azure, or GCP. - Familiarity with enterprise storage solutions (e.g., NetApp, Dell EMC, Ceph). -
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). - Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python). - Understanding of networking fundamentals and integration with infrastructure systems. - Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead architecture, deployment, and lifecycle management of data center infrastructure components.
- Administer and maintain enterprise Windows and Linux systems.

- Proactively monitor systems performance and reliability, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
