Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate engineering changes (ECR), ensuring smooth implementation while minimizing business and customer impact •
- Manage cross-functional activities, collaborating with Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Sales to align priorities and execution •
- Drive end-to-end change management processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful delivery of program objectives
Requirements
- Engineering or Business Administration degree. • Solid
- experience in change management, logistics, or quality within a manufacturing or industrial environment •
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, APQP, and structured change processes •
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, with strong communication skills and English proficiency •
