Guide teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and principles.
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure well-defined product backlogs.
Track and report key metrics to stakeholders, especially in Finance/Reporting contexts.
Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and other relevant standards.
Support cross-functional teams in the Life Sciences domain.
Identify and resolve impediments to team progress.
Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Required Skills & Experience: Proven
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

Job Description We are seeking a proactive and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality solutions within the Life Sciences domain, with a strong focus on FDA/Compliance and Finance/Reporting requirements.
experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. Familiarity with FDA/Compliance standards and documentation practices.
Experience in Finance/Reporting workflows and tools.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred. Preferred
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Agile dashboards. Understanding of GxP, HIPAA, or other regulatory frameworks. Ability to work with distributed teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
