- experience from onboarding through offboarding, ensuring every team member feels supported, connected, and set up for success. - Building a structured onboarding program with regular touchpoints for both new hires and managers throughout the first week, first month, and first 90 days. - Creating a retention-focused operating rhythm across the company, proactively identifying opportunities to improve employee
- experience before issues arise. - Serving as the DRI for many of our core people operations workflows, including payroll support,
- - Using modern tooling and AI to automate repetitive work and spend more time on high-impact employee interactions.
- experience in People Operations or another highly operational role at a fast-growing company. - You genuinely care about people and are motivated by helping others do their best work. - You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and exceptionally reliable.
- responsibilities as the company grows. You're open to helping our talent team as well as required. - You know how to leverage AI tools and automation to eliminate repetitive operational work.
- experience supporting international employees and globally distributed teams. - You have hands-on
