Requirements
- Occupational and environmental health nurses have a combined knowledge of health and business that they blend with health care expertise to balance the requirement for a safe and healthful work environment.
- Provides basic first aid for work related and non-work related injuries (based from company policy)

- Certification in Occupational Health Nursing or Case Management preferred.

- Qualifications: Must be detail oriented, have the ability to multitask and possess great interpersonal skills.
- Must possess advanced knowledge in public safety and industrial health standards.

- Promotes an interdisciplinary approach to health care and promotes prevention-oriented, cost-effective health and safety programs
- Includes workers’ compensation, short- and long-term disability cases
- Must be able to maintain composure and work effectively within groups. Compensation Range: $30.47 - $45.71 Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience.

- This position is full time, working Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm.
- The practice focuses on promotion and restoration of health, prevention of illness and injury, and protection from work-related and environmental hazards.
- Conducts thorough post offer physical examinations/pre-employment drug screens on new employee candidates
- Maintains employee health records. Maintains confidentially as required by state and federal guidelines
- Manages all cases to facilitate productivity, assuring appropriate care and return to work
- Assesses healthcare needs, then implement and manage healthcare programs to improve health and facilitate return to work, maintain OSHA records/reports and worker medical files
- Assists departments with identifying, evaluating, and implementing accommodations and return to work options for workers with restricted duty
