Responsibilities
- Maintain all correspondence for loan transactions with Realtors, Builders, Title Agents, Borrowers and Third Party Vendors
- Ensure LOS system is always updated with current status and correct investor
- Submit loan to closing for final documents to be drawn, and work with title company on approving a final Closing Disclosure
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent 5 + yearsâ
- experience in mortgage processing of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC, and have some knowledge of investor programs, guidelines, loan processing and automation systems Skills:
- Knowledge of industry software and automation
- Proven ability to research and make sound judgements/identify issues/ make recommendations based on the research
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- High level of integrity, ethics, discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information
