- About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Leading Hand Electrical & Instrumentation Technician (HV Switching) to join our Fixed Plant Maintenance team at the Willowdale site, located just south of Waroona in WA’s Peel region.
- Reporting to the Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of electrical targets and maintaining the highest safety standards.
- You will ensure all activities align with the current business plan while providing leadership and direction to optimise crew performance and achieve site and departmental objectives. As a Leading Hand,
- you will: Lead and support the Electrical & Instrumentation team in daily maintenance activities Ensure compliance with safety standards, procedures, and HV switching
- requirements Coordinate and prioritise work to meet operational targets Provide feedback and guidance to improve team performance and efficiency Work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve site outcomes If you’re currently working FIFO and looking to be home more often, this is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale fixed plant operations in a mining environment close to home.
