- What we're looking for You've built and shipped AI products for real customers using TypeScript, Python, and the OpenAI/Claude/Gemini APIs.
- You have strong opinions about AI-augmented engineering.
- You can explain what an AI agent is to both a 5 year old and the CTO of a customer.
- Must-haves 4+ years full-stack
- experience building web applications. 1+ years building generative AI applications. Fluent English.
- You have significant experience mentoring engineers.
- You've built an AI side project with real traction.
- You join a tight-knit team of engineers: physics PhD, hackathon winner, and more.
- You build with cutting-edge generative AI, like our multi-agent system for qual content analysis.
