Job Description We are looking for A320 pilots who hold Flight Instructor (FI(A)) certificates with Instrument Rating IR(A) instructional privileges or Instructors holding or having held an IRI(A) certification, to join our instructor team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to train future pilots in the Basic Phase of the MPL program, with a clear career path to become a Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI) or Type Rating Instructor (TRI). Role and
Responsibilities Deliver high-quality instruction to MPL cadets in the Basic Phase of training.
The role we are offering you Pilots holding the FI(A) with IR(A) instructional privileges or IRI(A) certification.
experience in a multi-crew environment in the A320 . Candidates with
experience as copilots who previously worked as flight instructors and have since gained airline
experience on the A320 are encouraged to apply.
A strong desire to further develop a career in the training field with the potential to become an SFI or TRI in the future.
