Responsibilities
- - Maintain country-specific policy templates: PTO, sick leave, maternity/paternity, code of conduct, disciplinary procedures - Track medical exam compliance and renewals - Own employee document retention across countries; ensure mandatory training assignments are completed on time PAYROLL AND
Requirements
- experience in an HR/People coordinator role - Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail -
- Experience working with HR data, reporting, or HR systems - Exposure to payroll processes -
- Experience working in international fast-paced environments, ideally in fintech or consumer tech startups - Strong organisational and communication skills - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
