- The Core Platform team owns the foundational systems that everything else at Outreach depends on data platform, event & workflow engines, identity & access, API & integration architecture, real-time processing infrastructure, and developer platform.
- We enable product velocity across the entire organization while maintaining enterprise-grade reliability, security, scalability, and extensibility.
- The Role As a Principal Product Manager on the Core Platform team, you will define and drive the multi-year strategy and roadmap for critical shared platform capabilities—particularly in the areas real-time data & event processing, extensibility, and developer platform.
- This is a deeply technical product role—expect to spend significant time on system design discussions, API specs, data models, and performance.
