Responsibilities
- Regional Operations: Oversee end-to-end payroll processes in all active APAC countries and other assigned jurisdictions, including daily adjustments, tax processing, and accurate statutory remittances.
- Scalable Strategy: As the APAC region and other international markets evolve, design and implement localized workflows that allow team members to take ownership of regional execution while maintaining global consistency.
- Audit & Controls: Support internal control and compliance efforts, including process testing, documentation updates, and remediation as needed.

- Regional Payroll Authority - robust foundational knowledge in APAC payroll, with a broad understanding of international contractor compliance.
- experience managing a regional or international payroll team.
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and statutory
- requirements across multiple APAC countries (e.g., Singapore, Australia, India, etc.) and
- experience with International Contractor compliance. Proven
- experience in leveraging and optimizing payroll software and global platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to perform complex data analysis and financial modeling.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to address executive-level inquiries and concerns.
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse group of payroll professionals across different time zones. Strong Plus:
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPP, CIPP, or regional equivalents) would be a significant advantage.
- GPMI (Global Payroll Management Institute) certification.
