Responsibilities
- Manage overall measurement strategy for a book of clients, including statistical modeling (MMM), incrementality experiment design (MMT), and customer analysis.
- Utilize large amounts of data to identify meaningful performance insights or opportunities for improvement using R, SQL, and Python.
- Ensure that insights are actionable and tied to client business goals.
- Mentor and develop Measurement Analysts by providing ongoing performance coaching and guidance on advanced analytics, problem-solving, and insight storytelling to elevate analytical rigor, quality of deliverables, and overall client impact.
- Consistently drive efficiencies within the current measurement and marketing science processes
- Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department Role Requirements:
- Maintain 90%+ revenue retention for dedicated Measurement accounts
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern measurement, incrementality, statistics, data analysis, and reporting, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Employ AI technologies to increase efficiency and support the optimization of deliverables and/or processes
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 6+ years of
- experience in Marketing Analytics and Measurement.
- Proficiency in R, Python, and SQL. •
- Experience with ETL tools, such as Funnel.io and Fivetran.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies.
- Extensive knowledge of owned, earned and paid marketing channels as well as first-party data tools.
- Excellent problem solving, communication, and decision-making skills; ability to clearly communicate complex strategies to senior leadership and executive-level stakeholders.
- cData visualization skills using Looker and analysis in Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Most Important Things (MITs)
- Advanced understanding of statistical concepts: advanced modeling, experiment design, customer analysis, limitations of statistics, etc. •
- Experience using Data Science to guide marketing decisions
Experience
- 3+ years of agency experience.
- Demonstrated managerial experience, including the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team, 2-3 years of team management experience, ideally 2-3 direct reports.
