• About the role As Strategic Finance Manager at Kpler, your first mission will be to lead the implementation of our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tool, a critical project to elevate our planning, reporting, and performance tracking capabilities.
• You’ll drive this project end-to-end, from scoping and vendor selection to roll-out and adoption, in close collaboration with the broader finance team and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Beyond this initial focus, you’ll help build our newly created Strategic Finance function and play a key role in shaping our financial strategy.
• Reporting to the Director of Strategic Finance, you’ll support company-wide planning, deliver data-driven insights, and partner with business leaders to guide decision-making as we continue to scale.
