Responsibilities
- Build and Manage High-Level Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with top-tier recruitment agents, educational consultants, and institutions, negotiating agreements and ensuring strong alignment with ApplyBoard’s mission and goals.
- Drive Regional Market Expansion: Identify and assess new market opportunities, using region-specific market intelligence to adapt strategies to regional contexts to maximize ApplyBoard’s impact and reach.
- Mentor and Lead the Recruitment Team: Provide strategic direction, coaching, and mentorship to team members, fostering a high-performance culture and helping the team achieve both individual and collective goals.
- Represent ApplyBoard at Key Industry Events: Attend and present at major international conferences, education fairs, and webinars to promote ApplyBoard’s brand and connect with potential partners.
- Oversee Partner Training Programs: Ensure partners have the knowledge and resources needed to represent ApplyBoard effectively, delivering consistent quality in recruitment practices.
- Analyze Recruitment Performance and Market Trends: Use data-driven insights to monitor key metrics, refine strategies, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and product to ensure cohesive and aligned recruitment efforts across all levels of ApplyBoard.
- Lead Strategic Recruitment Initiatives: Develop and oversee the implementation of recruitment strategies that drive international student enrollment, leveraging insights and analytics to optimize approaches.
Requirements
- experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of managing and mentoring high-performing teams. Advanced skills in building and managing partnerships, with
- experience in high-stakes negotiations and long-term relationship management.
- Proficiency in using CRM and analytics tools to track recruitment metrics, assess market trends, and drive informed decisions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with international partners and stakeholders across diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and data analytics platforms is an asset.
