experience for a veterinary pathology resident currently enrolled in a residency program and beginning their final year in the fall of 2026. Residents will gain real-world
experience working virtually alongside our pathologists, who provide pathology diagnostics and consultation services to lab animal veterinarians or those in pharmaceutical/discovery activities.

This PathConnexx opportunity is a chance to gain hands-on
It’s offered to a resident interested in laboratory animal diagnostic pathology and/or discovery/toxicologic pathology .
During your externship, you will be integrated into our global professional pathology team with exposure to a wide range of interesting pathology cases, specifically selected for you based on your interests and goals for your program What to expect: Externship will take place in early 2027, at a mutually agreeable time You’ll participate in the digital evaluation of specimens from laboratory animals, related consultations, and other activities You’ll interact virtually with several IDEXX Pathologists
