Responsibilities

- Track and maintain the commercial pipeline, ensuring accurate records of client opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development activities.

experience in commercial, operations, or analytical roles is strongly preferred. - Previous
experience working in startups or fast-paced environments is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, familiarity with CRM tools and utilising AI tools and automation software (Make, n8n) to create systems.
- Knowledge of digital assets and cryptocurrency is a plus, but not required.

THE ROLE We are seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to join our team in Tbilisi (Visa sponsorship available).

RESPONSIBILITIES - Support commercial reporting and prepare insights for the leadership team to guide decision-making.
- Assist in the client onboarding process, coordinating across internal teams to ensure a smooth experience.
- Manage and optimize CRM workflows to improve visibility and efficiency.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying ways to streamline commercial operations.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
