Experience

  • REQUIREMENTS - 5+ years in enterprise account management with a proven track record of exceeding annual expansion quota in a SaaS environment. - Demonstrated success working with C-suite customers and clients. -

  • THE ROLE We are hiring the founding member of our Account Management team.
  • You will work directly with the Head of Sales to expand our existing customer base and ensure issues are resolved quickly, so that customers stay, grow, and renew.
  • Your main priority is to expand our existing customers' use cases with a secondary emphasis on retention of our most important clients.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES - Expand our existing customer base by adding additional products and committing customers to higher annual contract processing volumes.
  • - Hold regular syncs with high-value clients and conduct periodic check-ins with all customers within your book of business.
  • - Maintain a 95%+ annualized gross revenue retention (GRR) month over month.
