Requirements

Must have leadership capabilities for technical management of simulation and training programs, with detailed knowledge of Systems and Software Engineering practices and methodologies.
Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of
experience working in an Engineering discipline. Minimum 5 years of
experience in defense programs. Sufficient understanding of business concepts to effectively manage budget and schedule performance
Understanding of simulation hardware and software architecture, components, and technology.
Experience with Systems Engineering, Software Development, Hardware / Software Integration and product testing. Eligible for a US DoD Security Clearance
Ability to effectively manage technical teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously through proper delegation skills and selective personal involvement
experience as a Systems Engineering Manager Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering Security
Must be able to work overtime on and off-shifts as required.
Must be able to travel both domestic and internationally.
Must be familiar with and be able to work on simulation training devices.
Must be able to work overtime and off-shift.

Summary The Director of Systems Engineering is responsible for the overall technical, fiscal, and schedule performance of the Systems Engineering department in support of corporate strategic objectives.
