Requirements
-Demonstrate strong knowledge of DMAIC tools: Process mapping, process capability, C&E Matrix, fishbone diagram, FMEA, MSA, DOE, Control Plans.
QUALIFICATIONS: -4-year degree in Engineering or Technology required -Minimum of 3 years of engineering
experience required -Project management skills -Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles -Knowledge of quality systems, SPC and process capability -Positive attitude with a desire to build relationships and serve both our internal and external customers -Strong, proactive communicator, effective both 1:1 and in groups -Knowledge of 2D & 3D solid modeling preferred (AutoCad/Inventor) *This is a hybrid role with approximately 25% travel. *

JOB DESCRIPTION: MIT Engineer II The primary responsibility of the Manufacturing Integration and Transformation (MIT) team is designing and implementing manufacturing processes and equipment across the Andersen Enterprise on medium to large scale projects.
Candidates for this position should possess a strong technical background with the desire to be a change agent and have the energy and passion to improve both our production and functional processes while leading with integrity.
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES: -Support project teams on the successful commercialization and start-up of new equipment and processes.
-Partner with operations, RD&I, quality, maintenance, and supply chain functions to drive improvements -Interface with design, product engineering, supply chain, and other business partners on the design for manufacturability and process capability of new products or product extensions.
-Provide informed recommendations regarding the viability of developed design solutions that relate to new or current processes.
-Participate/facilitate cross-functional team meetings, kaizens, and Process System Design events.
