- Manage Early Adopter programs across multiple AI initiatives to ensure customer value, referenceability, critical lessons, and risk mitigation Collaborate with development teams in flight to validate value for customers, drive adoption, and enable the field, CX, implementers on our AI work Communicate new capabilities to various audiences clearly and in an understandable way for them Work with the product teams to identify value outcomes and measurable metrics to quantify the value of our AI investments
