Responsibilities
- Review executed contracts and order forms
- Validate pricing, billing schedules, and payment terms
- Set up customer billing in ERP/billing systems
- Support ASC 606 reviews
- Track deferred revenue balances
- Prepare month-end journal entries

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- ERP experience (NetSuite preferred) Strong Excel skills
- Understanding of ASC 606 preferred. •
- Experience with Salesforce and billing platforms preferred. •
- Experience with month-end close processes.
- Strong understanding of K-IFRS and U.S. GAAP accounting standards.
- Comprehensive understanding of SaaS business.

- 5–7 years of accounting or AR experience

- The Order-to-Cash Accountant will be a key member of MarqVision’s Finance organization, responsible for supporting the end-to-end contract-to-cash cycle, including customer invoicing, AR oversight, collections, and consolidated revenue recognition across all geographies.
- This role will help improve financial operations by supporting DSO reduction, ensuring accurate and timely billing and revenue recognition, and partnering cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- The role will also participate in MarqVision’s NetSuite ERP implementation and ongoing process improvements.
