Requirements

- Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: Current Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Virginia required or eligibility to obtain licensure required.
- Life Support: AHA BLS-HCP required.
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP may be required based on assigned work area. Other Minimum
- Qualifications: Keyboarding skills and computer literacy required, including use of electronic medical records.
- For Behavioral Health roles, must demonstrate ability to safely manage disruptive or potentially violent patients.

- Our patients require comprehensive monitoring and interventions that bridge the gap between intensive care and acute medical-surgical nursing.
- The RN provides professional nursing care to patients across all age groups, supporting patient-centered care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- This role collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality patient outcomes. The RN Provides individualized patient care and coordinates care delivery for patients of all ages.
- Manages resources, prioritizes tasks, and adapts to changing patient care needs.
- Incumbents may be requested to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically presented in this description. Compensation Range: $33.52 - $50.28 Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience.
