Requirements
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs, use ladders, and work in a physically active environment •
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valuable trade experience in a high-demand field •
- All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings, as well as a Motor Vehicle Record Check.

- Starting Pay: $22–$26/hour for entry-level helpers •
- Compensation Growth: Increases tied to time worked, training completion, and certifications •
- Fully Trained Techs: Expected pay range of $28–$32/hour , including some prevailing wage work •

- As a Commercial Garage Door Technician , you'll help install, repair, and service a wide range of commercial and industrial garage door systems, including sectional doors, rolling steel doors, fire doors, gates, and more.
- Whether it’s troubleshooting or performing preventative maintenance, you’ll bring safety and reliability to every project. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: •
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial doors and gate systems •
- Communicate with customers and teammates in a professional manner •
- Use mobile tools and software to log work (training provided)
- Willingness to learn and complete hands-on training •
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism •
- Must be available for at least 8 weekdays of training within the first two weeks of employment. We’ll teach you everything you need to know — and invest in your growth from day one.
