Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery life cycle including production readiness, monitoring, and support.
- Ensure that features and services delivered by the team meet performance, reliability, and security expectations.
- Design and develop Admin platform features using Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Shape the future of financial technology by building solutions that matter—for customers and banks Collaborate with world-class talent across engineering, design, and product.
Requirements
- experience with strong expertise in Java Spring or equivalent backend technologies focusing on platforms, APIs. 3+ years in technical leadership, working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design etc.).
- Experience designing and implementing Micro-service architecture. Deep
- experience designing scalable, distributed systems with high availability and performance
- Experience articulating NFRs and architecting the solution to meet them in conjunction with business/product and engineering teams Technical Skills: Java, Spring and Cloud development
- experience . Deep knowledge of API design principles (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) Familiarity with UI design systems and UI frameworks ex: React Js or Nest Js
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tools, or API lifecycle management (e.g., Postman, Apigee).
- Proficient in web technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, Node, Python, etc.).
- Familiar with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Experience with community-building, hackathons, and developer outreach programs is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (required).
- Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (optional).
