Responsibilities
- Review and assess the quality and accuracy of digital content, comparing online content to clear guidelines provided.
- Identify and correct errors related to credit card and product terms and conditions, as well as special offers, etc.
Requirements
- BA: Language & Communication Studies or other related qualification
- Experience with website, social media and online navigation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a hybrid working environment, completing tasks and engaging effectively with the team lead / manager
- Ability to work under pressure and to fixed deadlines - i.e. all tasks to complete are time-sensitive
- Working hours are determined by the team’s workload, and there is a requirement to work a late shift, starting at 16:00 at least once a week. This is likely to increase to two days a week, thus flexibility with regards to working hours is essential.

- The Compliance Intern (CI) is responsible for reviewing and assessing the quality and accuracy of credit card and product terms and conditions, ensuring that these comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as guidelines provided by card issuers and brands.
- The CI works closely with the Compliance team to identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies in the terms and conditions across publishers’ digital content, such as blog posts, social media posts, and website copy. What You'll Do:
- Provide feedback detailing all inconsistencies and errors identified.
- Assist with other content-related tasks, such as keyword research and content optimization.
