Responsibilities
- - Conduct competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and financial modeling to inform pricing decisions.
- - Own the strategy and execution of price increases, including scenario modeling, customer segmentation, and rollout coordination.
- - Drive cross-functional alignment across Finance, RevOps, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Systems for pricing initiatives.

Requirements
- This role owns the development and execution of pricing strategies, packaging structures, and go-to-market readiness for new and existing offerings.

- Experience partnering with Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams at a senior level. - Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences including executive stakeholders. - High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. - Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.

- You will partner closely with Product, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure pricing decisions are data-driven, competitive, and aligned to business objectives.
- This is a highly cross-functional role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- - This role is hybrid - This role reports to the Senior Director, Product Management WHAT YOU WILL OWN - Lead pricing and packaging strategy for new product launches, including SKU creation, bundling, and monetization models.
- - Partner with Product and Product Marketing to deeply understand offerings and translate them into clear, scalable pricing structures.
- - Serve as a key partner to Sales, supporting deal structuring, custom configurations, and large or complex opportunities.
- - Own and maintain core pricing documentation, including pricing guides, SKU lists, and bundle configurations.
- - Partner with Finance on customer unit economics and profitability modeling to inform pricing and discounting strategies.
- - Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, tools, and systems to increase scalability and efficiency.
- - Contribute to broader pricing and packaging strategy, including bundle evolution, ASP trends, and competitive positioning.
