Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather
- Identify and manage dependencies and downstream impacts of projects to minimize adverse effects on the system and business processes.
- Design and develop custom reports to meet business requirements.
- Deliver end-user support by conducting root cause analysis and resolving issues through the ticketing system.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for the design, configuration, and testing of requested changes and enhancements.
- Manage the design and development of deliverables independently.
- Support Workday release activities.
Requirements
- Evolent Health International (Pune, India) has been certified as “Great Places to Work” in 2021.
- Willingness to work in shift from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM. Required
- Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 5+ years
- experience with an HR ERP system development role (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.) troubleshooting and resolving environment issues for enterprise software applications. 3+ years of
- experience working with integrations in Workday.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, and custom report creation.
- Strong knowledge of web services (REST, SOAP), APIs, XML, XSLT, etc. Proficient in Workday security.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to architect and design scalable solutions.
- Ability to train, coach, and mentor team members.
- Preferred Education Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
